William Cartagena, a Chicago Kent College of Law graduate, founded Cartagena Law in 2008. He has been practicing law for over 13 years and has extensive experience focused on residential and commercial real estate, estate planning, probate administration, corporate/small business formation, and various business transitions.

Attorney Cartagena began his successful career when he opened his own practice as a sole practitioner, in Chicago, Illinois. He has gained experience in diverse areas of law, including real estate (purchases/sales as well as lease drafting, negotiation, and review), small business/corporate formation, tax, professional licensure, estate planning, probate, and municipal law.
